After booking, please accept the email invitation (if you have google calendar). Please keep this email as you will need it to enter the secure video chat.
Evaluations/Treatments/Wellness:
Cancelled Appointments: Appointments cancelled 3 days in advanced will not incur a cancellation fee. If cancelled 24 hours to 3 days in advanced, you will be responsible for a $15 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 24 hours in advanced, you will be responsible for a $30 cancellation fee. Exceptions will be considered.
Re-scheduled Appointments: Appointments re-scheduled more than 24 hours in advanced will not incur a re-scheduling fee. If re-scheduled less than 24 hours in advanced, you will be responsible for a $25 re-scheduling fee. Exceptions will be considered.
Missed Appointments: Missed visits without prior notification will incur a 50% missed visit fee. Exceptions will be considered.
Home/office/climbing gym visit sessions
Distance/Travel Fee: An extra fee of $15 will be added to the invoice for meetup locations in excess of 5 miles from my office location at 400 Dexter Ave N.
Gym Entrance Fee: Price of admission into a gym in order to provide services will be added to your invoice, unless I am climbing at that location before or after our session, and depending on other circumstances. OR you can buddy pass me in!
